Gooey Keto Chocolate Cake
100gms 85% Dark Lindt Chocolate
2 Eggs (separated)
3tblsp Erythritol (can add more if needed)
A pinch of salt
1.Melt Chocolate and Butter in the microwave.
2.Add the cream and erythritol, mix well.
3.Add the egg yolks one at a time mixing well.
4.Whisk the egg whites till firm (add salt to this)
5.Fold the egg whites into the chocolate mixture gently.
Bake at 180degrees for 35-40minutes
Cool it before trying to cut it.
(PS- I was too greedy to sit down and eat, hence the shabby plating)
For the icing just melted chocolate mixed in some erythritol and cream.
