Hena’s oat chip cookies
These aren’t your conventional crumbly cookies but taste just as yummy!
Low in calories and sugar free all you need for those “cheat days”.
Serves 16 medium sized cookies
3 medium sized bananas (mashed)
3 cups oats
2 tbsp olive oil
1 1/2 cup sugar free chocolate chips
Sweetener optional can use a few drops of honey/ any sweetener as per taste.
In a mixing bowl add your oats,bananas,olive oil & sweetener.
Mix well and let it sit for 8-10 minutes till the oats get moist and soft.
Add 1 cup of the sugar free chocolate chips and mix well.
shape into round cookies about 1-1.5cm thick and place on a lined baking tray.
Distribute the remaining chips on top of all the cookies pressing them gently into the cookie.
Bake at 170c for 20-24minutes.
Remove and place on a cooling rack till they cool.
Refrigerate by day 2 and consume within 5-7 days.
