Kebab lettuce wraps
Ingredients for the kebab
1 chilly (chopped)
3tbslp fresh (chopped)
2tsp red chilly powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp cumin powder
1/2tsp Indian garam masala
Salt as per taste
Method for the kebab
1.Add butter to a heated wok
2.Sauté the onions for 4-5 minutes till a nice golden brown colour
3.Add the minced mutton ,green chilly,red chilly powder , , powder , powder and garam masala .
4.Cook on a very low flame for about 10-15 minutes till the mince is dark and dry .
5.Add the fresh coriander mix well .
6.Cool the above mixture
7.Grind the mixture in a mixer blender till a smooth paste ( do not add water )
8.Shape them into round or oval kebabs as u like and cook on a non stick pan till golden on both sides
Serve in with spicy onions and a chilly mayo .
