Keto Chicken Biryani
60gms Onions (finely sliced)
200gms Cauliflower rice
3tsp Fresh Coriander (finely chopped)
2tsp Fresh Mint leaves (finely chopped)
For The Chicken Marinade (marinate the chicken and refrigerate for an hour)
2tsp chopped mint leaves
4tsp chopped coriander
1tsp coriander powder
2tsp cumin powder
1tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chilly powder
2tsp finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp dried fenugreek leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
2tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt to taste
1.To a heated wok add butter and half the onions (30gms) sauté till golden brown.
2.Add the marinated chicken and cook on a low flame for 3-4 minutes .
3.Layer the cauliflower rice on top of this chicken .
4.Add some finely chopped coriander , mint leaves and a little salt
5.Cover and cook on a low flame for 7-8 minutes.
6.Garnish with 30gms of fried onions and crispy garlic .
