KFC – Keto Fried Chicken 😍
140gms boneless chicken breast
1/2 cup psyllium husk
Salt to taste
2tsp paprika powder (Add any seasoning u like)
1.Cut the chicken into cubes add the seasoning mix well
2.Beat the egg .. dip the chicken into the egg and coat with the husk on either side
3.Add butter to a heated pan.
4.Put the chicken and cook on a low flame browning well on both sides till done .
5.Serve with mayonnaise and lettuce.
