Seared Chicken Breast Served With A Mushroom sauce
8-10 Mushrooms (sliced)
30gms Onions (sliced)
4-5 Pods of garlic (chopped)
2 Fresh red chillies
2cups Chicken Broth
2tsp Dried thyme
1 tsp Red chilly flakes
1tsp Worcestershire sauce
1tsp coconut flour
Salt to taste
1.Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper.
2.Add 5gms Butter to a heated pan sear the chicken on both sides,cook till done and remove .
3.In the same Pan add 10gms Butter , garlic , red chillies, onions and mushrooms.Sauté for 7-9 minutes till a dark golden brown colour.
4.Season the above with salt , thyme, chilly flakes and Worcestershire sauce. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.
5.Add the chicken stock and simmer for 10-14 minutes.Add the erythritol.
6.Thicken the sauce using coconut flour, and simmer for another 5-7 minutes.
(I added 5-6 thin slices of green bell pepper which i really don’t think is needed. Can avoid)
