Turkish shish kebab served with crispy okra
For the kebab
100gms minced mutton
20gms grated onion
1 green chilly
4tsp fresh coriander leaves
1tsp red chilly powder
2tsp Turkish kebab masala (can use Indian garam masala)
1tblsp lime juice
15gms butter for basting
1.Grind the above ingredients except the butter in a mixer blender
2.Skewer the kebabs onto the skewers and grill till golden brown.Baste with butter frequently while grilling.
3.serve with crispy okra ( recipe given in earlier posts) .
