Working in a kitchen has always been fun and creative for me since a very young age.
After my formal culinary training in Baking & Confectionery, in 2002, I took on a position at the bakery of the Taj Mahal Palace Hotel in Mumbai. While working there I was especially intrigued by the happenings in the main kitchen and with that inspiration began my culinary journey….
Moving on from there, I continued exploring, creating & curating meals for my family and friends alongside fulfilling my other passion for makeup.
